Basically I just reboot my hEX refresh using Winbox after change prefix-hint of IPv6 and now it isn't booting. I tried a physical reset (default config and netinstall mode), but the USR led doesn't blink. The PWR led is green all the time.
Any idea what happened or how to troubleshoot this before sending it to the seller?

Hum, how? Following the documentation, hEX refresh has 3 options to reset, but my hardware doesn't blink the LED to make use of one. It doesn't matter how long I hold the button, the LED doesn't blink and stop to join into the netinstall mode.
I tried loading the backup RouterBOOT loader, but when I do the procedure and plug an ethernet cable in (I tried all the ethernet ports), the LED showing the port status doesn't light.
For netinstall you dont really need to care about the LEDs. just run the netinstall software (obviously your setup has to be correct) and then hold the button for like 30 seconds.
After a few seconds it should show up in netinstall.
Backup routerboot means you have to hold the button before plugging in the router.
For main routerboot you plug it in first and then press the button.
Ohhh! Bricking a device like the E50UG is exactly the kind of nightmare scenario no one wants to deal with. I hope someone in that thread can share a recovery trick or old firmware dump that brings it back to life.
I returned the bricked device to the reseller and bought another one.
There is an official Mikrotik reseller in the city where I live (Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil) that I didn't know about before I bought. They give 1 year of warranty, the other reseller was only 30 days. The new device is working perfectly.
The difference that I identified is the bricked device was made in Lithuania, and the new one is from Vietnam. The boxes are a little different.

Just netinstall it. Yes, it’s tricky, but while its easy to wish for magic easy solutions, and netinstall is tricky, it’s what works.
On my E50UG its not working, when connecting power only PWR led is on, no reaction on reset/mode buttons, constant power draw 24V/50mA. Cant back it to to the reseller. So mb someone can check my routerboot spi dump.
