I am looking at setting up a small project where I would have a seperate DSL line for each CPE.

Is this possible?

Use mangle in the FIrewall to mark the packets from each CPE, you can then setup individual default routes.

Thanks, what RouterOS license would I need for that.

You really need to do the routing rules at the AP or border router, hence you need Level 4 or above. You only really need higher than Level 4 if you’re intending to use User Maanger with large numbers of users.
