Easy method to update 300 MikroTik

Hi,
Is it possible to update 300 MikroTik with easiest method, with dont take more time?
And is it possible to add some new rules to firewall by one click to all 300 MikroTik?

No supported way - most people build it out with API scripts and updaters - DUDE might be able to do some of it.
