Electrical HT Line Interference Problem?

We set up a wireless link for a distance of 1.5 kms. We used 411 with R52H and 24 dbi 2.4Ghz parabolic antenna in one side and 433 with alfa 400 mw pci and 24 dbi 2.4Ghz parabolic antenna in another end. We achieved a good signal strength of 55-58 and min 36 mbps connectivity. But in case of throughput we couldnt even get 400 kbps. We are trying our best but couldnt get the better result even the LOS is much clear and the interference is less as it is a remote area. One of my friend suspect a Electrical HT line is crossing just 30-40 feet before one site at the same antenna direction and that might leads to such disturbance. I’m not aware of such interference but for his shake i just posting this issue. Pls friends guide me.

Cracked insulators on the power lines can cause arcing which can impact a link.
Power lines themselves can but not to the extent that you describe.

Sounds like something is not quite right with your link.
With the equipment you have outlined you should be able to acheive those signal levels at many many kilometers.
