Hiya,
1st post and just want to know how to get the line breaks in my email alerts for the specific devices?
An office goes down and I want an email alert to send out more than the basic info the dude has which is:
Service [device.name] is down blah blah blah
I have added to the notes file the building address/contact details/telephone number etc.
THe problem I have is when I get the email it all comes out on 1 line instead of the neat line breaks I added in
Ideal setup:
Santa Claus
1 the North Pole
Cold Place
Earth
Tel : 12345678910
contact : Mrs Claus
output I get :
Santa Claus 1 the North Pol Cold Place Earth Tel : 12345678910 contact Mrs Claus
Can anyone help me?>
