Is there a way to receive an email when a new software or bug fix version of routerOS is released?

Yep. You can find the email notification sign-up form at the bottom of the download page.

I am afraid that it stopped to send me notifications long time ago. Doesn’t matter how many times I put there my email after that, it still doesn’t send me the emails… But never mind, I am still on the track so I am not loosing anything.

Have a look at Notify on RouterOS update. That can send e-mails, Telegram and Matrix notifications from the device, and a lot more.
