I’ve used with success for a long time aluminium tape to shield radios with plastic case. It takes time and quite some work.
I’m wondering if zinc spray can be used to shield these cases. It contains over 90% zinc. Anybody knows something about this?
I have used aluminum foil wrapped around everything then re-wrapped with copper braiding. Then also grounded all cases and also grounded the negative 12 volt polarity on the power wire. Pretty much the only thing not grounded and shielded was the actual antenna.
I had a 5,000 watt noise source about 30 feet away.
