Empty parameters for PPP ON/DOWN scripts on client side

Hello.
When I use scripts UP/DOWN in ppp profile for l2tp-client interface, parameters $user, $caller-id, $called-id are empty.
Is it correct or this is a bug?
I use 6.38.7 (bugfix).
