How can you control the front facing color LED of the Audience product?
Could this be enabled in future ROS release? Would be really handy for the consumer kind of product
to allow status indications to users!

You can already do that, example:
/system leds
add leds=user-led:red type=on
add leds=user-led:blue type=off
This makes the LED pure red color.
Normis,
when I do that command it says:
input does not match any value of led
Type:
/system leds add leds=
and hit [? ] on the keyboard.
or hit [TAB] twice. It will offer choices. Also make sure you have upgraded RouterOS to the latest.
Please, can provide more detail about “user-led:red” ?
I have test on Audience RBD25G-5HPacQD2HPnD first revision (not /r2 or /r3 if any)
I try Audience with original factory 6.45.4, 6.47.10, 6.48.3, 6.49beta54 and with 7.1beta6
and no one version have user-led exposed for be configured on any way, CLI or WinBox, no differencies.
Very thanks!
Normis, please, can you reply to my previous post?
Thanks.
Still working for me. What is your error?

If you don’t see any LEDs in the droplist, post your Audience serial number and I will investigate more
Two devices:
i cant'read the /xxx on the box because is on remote location
second device 6.48.3 with same "problem":
serial number = BBQRXNC7D2E0/937
device on same order of previous
Very thanks!

Looks like in newer revisions the LED is no longer software controlable, as it’s made differently now, with hardware assigned functions. Sorry, no longer adjustable.
Front status LED behavior
Solid blue – the device is powered on.
Blinking green – the device is in Access Point mode and waits for another Audience device to be connected.
Blinking amber (Red + Green) – the device searches and tries to connect to another Audience device.
Solid green – the device has established a connection in an Audience network.
Blinking Red – the device runs radar detection for Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS).

Not worry, just a cosmethic thing.
Very thanks.

Hello,
where can i find a manual that is correct for the audience?
When using it with 3 working APs (1 x 2,4g and 2 x 5g wifi band) the LEDs are on in different colours.
Sometimes the LED is blue, sometime the LED has a amber colour etc.
Only 1 point in the manual are correct:
Hint(no wifiwave 2 driver and no CAPSMan used):
the colour changes to “amber” when the wifi-clients on 2 APs connected while 1 AP is unused.
When clients connected on all 3 APs the LED goes to blue.
Is there a manual about the “operational modes” ?
