To get more stability in our ospf network we have been suggested to enable nbma neigbor. If we got this right, it should help us to get rid of this errors.
That don’t have anything whit links going up or down, but just suddenly reports the following.
jan/28 16:29:18 route,ospf,info OSPFv2 neighbor 172.30.0.101: state change from Full to 2-Way
jan/28 16:29:18 route,ospf,info Database Description packet has init bit set in middle of an exchange
In a ptp link you add the other wireless interface address in NBMA neighbors and set the interface to NBMA.
But how do you do this in a ptm situation? do you set at the ap, all of the clients wireless address to NBMA neighbors and at the client, the AP address to a NBMA neighbor? and then the wireless interface is set to NBMA interface?
