Enable WebProxy on ROS 5.20,Display LAN address Question

When Enable WebProxy Service on Roureos Version 5.20,Display LAN ip address,Why?
Display ip address is LAN address then ,a lot of websites can not visit
It is a Debug?Could be improved? Can you help me?
