Encryption and Clients

Dear mates…
I have a RB433 that has about 200 clients connected to it over wireless 2.4

I need to change the encryption… Is there anyway to change the encryption so that i dont need to go to every client and change the encryption in their AP and connect again?

If apclients are routeros, perhaps you can do with dude, but I don’t know.
