EoIP behind nat

Is it possible to setup an EoIP tunnel between two MT routers provided that one of them is directly conected to internet while the other is behind a firewall, is assigned a private IP (dynamically assigned by dhcp) and is natted to access the internet?

as long as you allow and NAT GRE (proto 47) to the endpoint it should work.
