EoIP Failover, it's possible?

Hi to all.

I have two office bridged (same subnet) by EoIP tunnel over Internet connection (ADSL).
Next month, I will add second Internet connection to implement a kind of failover for Internet.

How to I can create a failover for EoIP tunnel?
If I create two EoIP (one for each WAN), this will work or will be conflicting?

you may establish another EoIP tunnel over the second connection, and then use bonding (either in Active, or in Adaptive mode) to bond those two tunnels

Yes, bonding can be a solution, but bonding is layer 2?

yes, you just remove EoIP from bridges and add bonding
