EOIP help

Hi,
Need some EOIP help.
Situation: I have IPTV coming in on Ethernet 2 on MT01, and I need to send it across a 250 Mbps MOCA link (Ethernet over COAX) that limits Multicast to 10Mbps, which is not enough for a TV signal.
Now I have a 2nd Mikrotik MT02 where I want to bridge the IPTV interface all the way to my box over another protocol. Picked EOIP as an example.

I think I have the connection up. But I do not see traffic flowing through, I need the TV box to get an IP address with DHCP over the EOIP link.

I have success with unicast running over tagged VLAN over my LAN, but gets hit by multicast limits. Running it over WiFi works, but I get some dropped packets. So I am trying to use my MOCA link, and I need to encapsulate packets / run a tunnel over my LAN.

At one point, I was running IGMP proxy for multicast, and static route for other traffic from the TV Box, that worked for unicast and low bandwith TV channels, had to make sure outside interface had right MAC to be recognized by cableTV provider. That is the other solution if DHCP over EOIP does not work. Still need a tunnel though.

EOIP is up, but I am not sure traffic flows
