EoIP max-packet size

When I’make an EoIP bridge the max-packet size is 1458 (exacly) even If I use MTU=1500

It’s OK. Just remember that the Ethernet frame is encapsulated in the IP packet with MTU of 1500.

The router should fragment but maybe you are blocking fragments?

There are no firewall rules

And no BGP peer connection made over this tunnel.

hping cand send bigger TCP packets than icmp ping
