eoip over pppoe wan link

Having problems with eoip from one rb150 to a rb450.
Both routers have pppoe wan links and nat. fig:

          • RB150 - - - - - -
            eth1 - wan pppoe
            eth2 - nat/dhcp server
            eth3 - bridge1 (eth3+eoip)

        • isp internet - - - -
          |
          |
          • RB 450 - - - - - -
            eth1 - wan pppoe
            eth2 - nat/dhcp server
            eth3 - bridge1 (eth3+eoip)

I am not able to make a connection over eoip when using pppoe on wan.
When using static ip on wan everything works fine. Both RB have v2.9.51.
Have anybody had any experience with this?
