Please provide more details about what you want to do.
You can terminate multiple eoip tunnels on a single Mikrotik router (if that is your question).
Even more, Eoip is defined by “remote ip” and “tunnel id” so you can
have multiple Eoip tunnels between just two Mikrotik routers.

Ok, that is your network topology… 10.0.0.1 probably is a pppoe server and
your clients from SW2,SW3 and SW4 should connect to it with their username/password?
Still isn’t clear what you want to do with this configuration,
is this some kind of internet connection sharing or internet access control or VPN or ??
You can also have multiple pppoe servers on single mikrotik router,
one (or more pppoe servers with different service name) per each interface (including eoip tunnels).
