I have 2 mikrotik routers. CHR (1Gb Internet) and RB5009 (500Mb Internet). Both have white IP
There are 2 offices in one subnet that i have to connect with the help of those routers. (192.168.7.0/24)
Bandwidth test TCP between routers is 500Mbps in and out.
Site to site EOIP channel works on stable speed - 50Mbps. It is too slow.
When I reboot routers with internet speed 100Mb the speed of EOIP is still 50Mbps.
For testing purposes I am using 2 servers, connected directly to routers with 1Gb network.
Testing is done with samba and with pstools/psping tcp
CPU utilized on both routers is less then 15%
Any suggestions?
Just migrate to vXlan/ l2tpv3 ethernet .
