Equal Bandwidth + QoS in the same router

Hi, is it possible to have both PCQ Equal Bandwidth for a Number of Users and QoS with queue tree in the same router?

This example http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Queues_-_PCQ_Examples + this http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Traffic_Priortization,_RouterOS_QoS_Implemetation in the same router.

I have tried to do it but it works PCQ or QoS not both.
