ER: Stoping all DOWNLOAD

how u doin?
i just asking to do like this in coffee shops the user come and do some download make the line getting slow
my user can browsing, chating but can’t ever do download what ever download .
is that’s possible ?
and is any idea
i read in Mikrotik official manual i can stop some file wont download, but i don’t add long list to do it ?

from router’s point of view, there is no difference between browsing and downloading over http (in browser). search the forum about this.

Maybe a simple PCQ solution would work for you - this will not limit download but provide a fair access for all users
