Erase the Name of Packet Mark that not been used anymore

Hi. is there any exprience how to erase Packet Mark that no been used again ? it will be mesh if the name of packet mark still in the there when we need to reconfigure the name.

reboot the router and clear cache in winbox loader window tools → clear cache
