erorr 619 Mikrotik Plz answer me

Hello .
plecse mikrotik support and anyone know about this problem answer me

i have mikrotik board useing it as AP and i have mikrotik os useing it as pppoe server too,
the problem is in erorr 619 when the i have more 30 clints online in pppoe list , all my clint's useing winxp,vista

i need support i'm waiting .....

upgrade to v3.30 and contact the support@mikrotik.com with the support output file.

my board V 3.20
my server v 2.9.27

upgrade server and look in the logs why server is disconnecting that client
