Error 619 in VPN

Hi

I recently set up a PPTP VPN on my router.

When connected to the network locally everything works fine

But when connected to the network via my Public IP i receive “Error 619” using both usb modem or another network with different Public ip. The connection hits my router from the log it shows

waiting for call
terminating…
disconnected

Recently i discovered the using anther ISP (usb Modem) other that the ones i have tried it worked

Any ideas on what i can do

My main objective is to still be able to securely connect and manage my network where ever i am

it seem that your usb modem provider filtering on port tcp 1723 or gre protocol.
