We have two interfaces.
One internal and one external.
External interface is connected to the Internet.
Internal interface for dhcp and pptp.
Our VPN server we installed Mikrotik.
users can get ip in dhcp server.
But when users connect to the network receive error 800!
note:
we have no rule in firewall/filter.
Please help us solve the problem.

what about the configuration? show us the PPTP server config, and also the Windows (?) client configuration

You can clearly see where the problem is. In RouterOS you have only selected CHAP/MSCHAP but in Windows you have selected only PAP

Hi,
Log PPTP session on MikroTik and run sniffer on your Windows box.
Check your settings, Windows client works with MT like a charm.

open the PPP menu in winbox, go to the Profiles tab and open the PPTP Profile . Post screenshot.

try to set ‘Type of VPN’ to PPTP, not Automatic
