Error during backup

Hi there,

I’m using a Metal 5SHPn as an AP with PPPoE server on board. In the attached images you can find informations about the device.
Each time I press the backup button I have:

may/08/2014 17:49:19 backup,critical error creating backup file: could not read al
l configuration files

What could be the cause?
I also used the export command and it’s seems working fine.

I suggest you to save export compact and reinstall from zero with netinstall, or later you can block completly the routerboard…

Also remember exports are better backups anyway. They are readable and can be restored on different devices.
