Hello,
I can’t print any route or execute any command related with route, like cache or add, the result is:
ip route cache print
action timed out - try again, if error continues contact MikroTik support and send a supout file (13)
I have MikroTik RouterOS 6.46.2 in a CCR1072-1G-8S+
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
You could contact MikroTik support and send a supout file

After hours in this state, generating the support file [1] and download it fixed the issue. Maybe it flush something that reset the problem…
[1] - https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Support_Output_File
Optimal procedure would be:
Take supout
Save supout
Reboot router
See if problem went away
If not, take second supout
Send supout(s) to support@mikrotik.com along with description of what happened.

I got the same errors as well. Do you have any idea how to solve it?

Generating the support file, only that. I don’t know why, but it solves the issue.
There is a supout.rif reader so that you can take a look at that file…
