RouterOS does not support RAID cards. Your server most likely has one. Try to enable IDE mode for the volume that you’re trying to boot from in the RAID card settings. Otherwise, you’ll need a SATA or IDE interface card and disk installed to proceed. You can also try installing to flash if that helps, but then you can’t run services that are heavy on disk usage like the web proxy cache.

Send me the hardware specs of your server. Then maybe I can see if RoS will work on it or not. Try and give me the exact list of hardware in the server.
The card that the hard disk drives plug in to is important. If you can let me know what brand of disk and the brand of the card you have then it will be easier to help.
