error network changed in browser

Hi! I have LAN network with ccr 1016 and some crs 328 switches

We have a few VLAN

Sometimes people from different VLANS take a error in browser “err.network.changed”. This people go to the some addresses in LAN (http)

For example
Man (10.10.100.160/24) go to server (10.10.2.196/24) and sometimes he see “err network changed in browser”

I can’t understand where is problem

May be you help find right solution please? Where to begin debug? On L2 level i don’t have any error on the trunk ports or another interfaces

Are those people on Windows PCs connected to network ports which have several tagged VLANs on them?
Cannot do that! Windows PCs fail when connected to such ports unless a special network driver is installed that understands VLANs.

Users use Ubuntu

And connect to untagged ports, each user have self port
