My ISP provides access via PPPoE. For a long time it worked fine, but then (possibly) the provider changed the equipments and started having problems - loss of packets.
At the same time I see errors on the Ethernet interface to the ISP - RX Fcs Error. These errors fall several times a second.
On the PPP interface is no problem.
I thought that the case in the MSS and MTU, try to change the MTU as an Ethernet interface, up to 1400 (at PPP, I immediately put 1400) - the same result.
Adds a mangle rules MSS change - the same problems.
Changed port and the device itself (I mikrotik 2011) - Problems.
Changed twisted pair - error.
Replaced mikrotik on DLINK-DIR100 - no errors on the interfaces - everything is fine.
Try of 2 interfaces make mikrotika bridge and miss the traffic provider on DLINK through there - such errors.
