I’m new here! And i need help!
I have one CCR1036-8G-2S+ .. and someotimes the router “crash” very crazy and i dont know what’s happen. I try explain..
This router have 2 sfp-sfpplus ports.. in one port i use for receive internet (receive in the 10GB port gbic) ; And the another port o connect the OLT for fiber clients. I use PPPOE service for authenticate clients on the RB. (In This same routerboard i receive the internet and control PPPOE clients). Someotimes, i see the internet and clients down. I go check the RB, all led’s it’s freezed.. all ports stopped, i dont know why. I open the LOG in the RB and have many mensages, many clients disconnected with one mensage “pppoe,ppp,info <pppoe-xxx_xxx>: terminating… - hungup”. After 10 or 20 seconds lather the links and clients back and connect again.
Version of ROUTEROS: 6.48.7
Have one solution or something to make to try resolve this? Thanks!
