Error port 80 in Winbox

Hi
I have a trouble when I try connecting to MK 511 with winbox appear the next message ERROR WITH PORT 80 and I can’t access with the IP of the MK but if I write the MAC ADDRESS, I can access but is very inestable.

So How can fix this trouble?

please read about ip subnetting, example:
router ip 192.168.40.1/29

so make sure your computer ip

ip = 192.168.40.(2,3,4,5,6)
net = 255.255.255.248

Alway I’m connecting to the lan with IP static and I use the same subnet that the MK 511

IP: 192.168.1.200/24
GW. 192.168.1.254

well I have 3 Mikrotik 511, 2 MK (lobby and suite) are at the same place the third MK 511 (spa) is connected via fibre optic. So the lobby and suite I can connects without trouble with IP Address but the Spa MK I can’t

The fibre optic, can be the problem?
