I think the root cause is MikroTik’s long-standing v7 bug related to Route Refresh subtype 0, which triggers the session resets. Your setup seems correct since all other peers work fine, so the most realistic workaround is either reverting to v6 or having Equinix adjust their side until MikroTik eventually fixes it.
