Esim activation in Switzerland on Sunrise for Chateau LTE6 ax

Hi,
I try to activate an esim on my device

model: S53UG+5HaxD2HaxD&FG621-EA

RouterOS 7.21.3

Has sombody alerady activated an esim from provider Sunrise ?

Sim is working for the moment

You may need to insert a physical esim card, as your modem does not have esim built in.

Also here it says, for this modem model, that you cannot manage the esim if it has no profiles loaded. So maybe load it on a usb card reader first from a pc or phone app.

so there is no way to get esim working, as I understand

It will cost about 30euro to get a physical esim to upload a profile on the router, and no garantee it will work

and after I must find a provider that support it for a good price

So I will let the sim card and work as is

You cannot convert a physical SIM card into an eSIM.

If you would like to use an eSIM and have a compatible device, you will need to request a SIM replacement from your provider or purchase a mobile plan that is offered directly as an eSIM.
