ETH port down with download >200 mbps

Hi all!
I have hap ac2 router and 1 gbps internet. There is several wi-fi and one PC connected via ethernet.
When I’m trying to download something big from PC port disables for a minute, while wi-fi is running perfectly.
I’ve tried to change router ports but id doesn’t help.

What can i check in my router config? I am just learning network stuff and new in Mikrotik equipment.

Without seeing your configuration, it is hard to suggest anything (there’s a hint in my automatic signature right below). But a blind shot - if the detect-interface-list under /interface detect-internet is set to anything else than none, try setting it to none and see whether the issue disappears.
