ether10 excessive or late collision, link duplex mismatch

Dear ALL

I have this issue in the log that appeared so frequently on ether10 of Mikrotik 2001 “ether10 excessive or late collision, link duplex mismatch?”
below is a snapshot of the log:


some claims that it could be connection issues or link but I did check the cabling and even replaced all RG45 but issue is still the same.

guys,

I did change auto-negotiate in the interface 10 setting to manual and choose speed of 100MB from Mikrotik side and also have done the same from the Nano station setting.
I see this has disappeared from the log.
