My connection route would be like:
ethernet cable (no PoE) > adapter >fiber (+transreceiver) >> mikrotik router( +transreceiver)

normally, you look at this the other way round:
Chose your media converter (copper / fibre) and then chose the SFP(+) transceiver accordingly.
There is no need to use a SFP transceiver from the same manufacturer on both ends. It’s only necessary to match SM/MM, distance and wavelength.
In your case, have a look at the RBFTC11 (https://mikrotik.com/product/RBFTC11).
