ethernet flapping - eth1 down/up for few seconds

Hi all,
I have a serious problem with some our devices in ptp links.
Sometimes there is ethernet flapping so ethernet goes down and up after few seconds several times, breaking pppoe connections of customers behind that link.
Board is RB411 - Firmware is 5.6 version.

Please help me to understand how to solve it.
