Ethernet Halt, Netwatch with reboot script ... HELP~!

Hi buddy…

Is any one having the script that…
It will monitor the remote IP with ping..

Let say in every minutes, it will having 10 pings, when in 10 pings having 3 request time out, then the Routeboard will be reboot automatic.
