hi all i hope to find a solution for this problem i have 6 rb 411 hit by lighting which makes the Ethernet unworkable but every thing is working is there a way to convert the serial port to network port by converter as iam facing this problem a lot and 411 has only one ethernet

I assume it could be possible to make ppp-server/ppp-client setup between two RouterBOARDs over serial cable.
However I’m not sure you will be satisfied with the available speed.

When serial port is used for communication, the only way you can login by wireless.
If you run scan by mistake, reboot the router, then access will be available again.
