how will i fix the errors or were do i start to improve it as from this info somethings not right

  1. Change cable :confused: (type of cable and lenght?)
    if continue
  2. Change one of device at the extreme of the cable :frowning:
    if continue
  3. Change unchanged device :sunglasses:
    if continue
  4. Check noise in environment.

so that will also do the error on the tx as the pic shows as i played around with cable hardware and cards etc

You sure to have considered all 5 point?
Are 5 point not 3…

And add this:

  1. All ethernet ports must have same MTU (usually 1500) on BOTH devices.
