Ethernet speed drops

Good afternoon. There was a problem with the speed of the Internet over Ethernet via MikroTik hAP ac. According to the provider’s tariff, I get up to 1000 Mbps. When connecting the device directly to the provider’s cable, I get from 600 to 800 Mbps. The local network uses two routers, the first is hAP ac, the second is hAP ac ^ 2. The computer from which all tests are carried out is connected to the second. As soon as the computer is connected to the second or first router, the speed goes no higher than 250 Mbps. Can you please tell me why this is possible?

Thanks

Sure. hAP ac has a lousy CPU that can’t handle much if used as a router.
hAP ac2 has a better CPU.
Depending on your config both of them might reach near gigabit routing speeds, if using fasttrack.
But since your config is a mistery, we don’t know.
Thoughts?
