I have this problem which is happening frequently on many different kind of devices the Ethernet speed change by itself from 1000Mbs to 100Mbs or from 100Mbs to 10Mbs by itself and it still like that until I disable and enable the interface or remove the auto negotiate and put it back to work normally I have check the cables the power with no luck

As shown in the print attached, we’re having the exact same problem in a RB1100AHX2.
The ethernets keep falling back from (Locked, not Auto-negotiation) 100-Full, to 10-full, and then to 100-Half, which causes collisions in the interfaces, slowing down the entire network and causing packet losses.
We’re running V6.RC6, but same applies to RC12(Downgraded for rc12 was too instable).
