Everybody must be use same pool

Hi, I’ve got 3 R52H cards, I’m using them Hotspot+PPPoE
my problem is everybody can get an ip address, but i want it to be organized so I made a 192.168.0.0/20 pool. Now my users can get that pool’s ip address but they can’t go online. I only added that pool. Do you have any suggestion for me?

Note: This problem happens in only Hotspot, PPPoE users can get ip address and can go online. When I pushed log in button it seems it has logged in but couldn’t redirect to log in page.
Hotspot ip addresses:
10.10.0.0/22
10.11.0.0/22
10.12.0.0/22

Go to /ip hotspot user profile
Set the address Pool which you have created…
