Hi

I have a problem wherein our exchange server has been assigned a public IP but when i go to www.whatsmyip.com it shows up the Mikrotik IP Address and this is also causing a problem with mails and its trying to check the reverse dns on the Mikrotik IP Address which no reverse dns on it because reverse dns is setup on the Exchange IP Address

You will need another nat rule for outbound out the other ip. Currently id say its hitting your masquerade rule..
