exclude some traffic from shaping

hi alll
i shaped by simple queue 192.168.0.0/24 all ip’s 64k/256k
each ip has it’s simple queue

i have a local ftp server i want my clients passing thru this shaper to access it with higher speed
i mark the packets and create a simple queue for them and set priority lower than 8
or i set it in queue tree so it passes before the simple queues ?

Put the destination in a higher queue in the chain and set the bw accordingly. May need to use the queue tree though.
