Exclude specific IP from Address List / Filter Rule

Hello,

I have configured my Router to block Facebook.com and youtube.com in Filter Role via Address List.

In Address list i have create 192.168.0.0/24 to block FB and youtube to all of IP.

I need to know if exist any way to exclude example only IP 192.168.0.103 to be filtered from my FB and youtube Filter role (to allow FB and Youtube in specific IP).

Add src-address=!192.168.0.103 to the block rule.

Does it work both for “src address list” and “src address” in one rule?
I’d like to use in a mangle for traffic marking, except for some ip’s
