Exclude VoIP Traffic from UM

Hello

We are a WISP that provides broadband + VoIP - we use PPPoE for clients connection but don’t want VoIP traffic to be counted towards their usage in User Manager. Is there a way to exclude this? Port 5004/5060 for example?

As far as I know currently it’s not possible to exclude specific addresses for authorized user from accounting.

We have a similar case,
We need clients to access a server without the usage counting towards their cap. Is it possible to exclude that server IP from the accounting. Any other suggestions on how to get past the issue.
