can someonw explian to me the rule:
/ip hotspot walled-garden
add action=allow disabled=no dst-host=:^mywebsite.com dst-port="" path=*;
what does " ^ " - in the start of the website mean?
what does the " * " - in the path ?
I did it and it’s working for me , but I want to understand what I did 
because if I remove the * from the path - I don’t get any images
so a good explain could be very helpful
