Is there a way to export chart data in a raw format? eg the raw numbers rather than a png,pdf etc?

You may monitor this option directly on router [or not ?].

you can go to data sources and look a the data, copy and paste into another source. It is kind of klunky. I have been trying to find a better way… I need to calculate 95th percentile.
